2. ORDERING FROM US
2.1 These terms require payment to be made in full in advance.
2.2 You are deemed to place an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process. As part of our checkout process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors.
2.3 All orders are processed using our third party payment processor PayPal; you're bound by the Terms & Conditions of PayPal for all transactions.
2.4 Our acceptance of an order takes place when we notify you of your access details to the Vizzihome website. We will send you confirmation by email. When we notify you of your access details, the purchase contract will be made even if your payment has been processed immediately, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order.
2.5 We may refuse to accept an order:
(a) where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment;
(b) if there has been a pricing or product description error; or
(c) if you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions.

2.7 For payments received other than through 2.2 to 2.6 there is an additional administration charge, currently £15+VAT
2.8 In the event the payment is not received in advance of the period to which service applies your account we retain the right to suspend your service without notice. In order to reconnect a suspended service there will be a £25+VAT administrative which must settled together with the account being brought up to date before service can recommence.
2.9 In using the website You agree to settle service charges on time and authorise Us to collect overdue payments together with debt collection costs and an administration fee. By allowing your account to go overdue you authorise Us to collect payment via the card details You provided to Us. Should You wish to appeal charges taken by card You must notify us by e-mail to accounts@Vizzihome.co.uk within 30 days of the payment being made.

3. PRICING
3.1 All prices include VAT (where applicable) at the current rates. We reserve the right to express the price exclusive of VAT, but we shall show VAT separately and include it in the total price.
3.2 Our prices are reviewed periodically and the next review will be on January.

4. CANCELLATION POLICY
4.1 If you wish to cancel Postcode Districts you have paid for:
(a) you can cancel any Postcode district in your Postcode Manager area, this change will be reflected at the beginning of the next charge period, the 25th of the following month.
(b) We do not provide REFUNDS or PART REFUNDS at any time.

5. LICENCE
5.1 You are permitted to print and download extracts from this Website, which includes information therein, for your own use on the following basis:
(a) no documents or related graphics on this Website are modified in any way;
(b) no graphics on this Website are used separately from accompanying text; and
(c) for marketing or advertising purposes You may only make use of the Top Agent Certificate (Most For Sale / To Let Certificate and Most SSTC / Let Certificate) available on the Website (“TAC”).

9. REGISTRATION
9.1 To register with http://www.vizzihome.co.uk you must be over eighteen years of age.
9.2 Each registration is for a single user only. We do not permit you to share your user name and password with any other person nor with multiple users on a network.
9.3 Responsibility for the security of any passwords issued rests with you and if you know or suspect that someone else knows your password, you should contact us immediately.
9.4 We may suspend or cancel your registration immediately at our reasonable discretion or if you breach any of your obligations under these terms and conditions.
9.5 The provision of the 14 day free trial period is for a single Postcode District only.
9.6 The 14 day trial period will come to end at the end of this period, you will be notified by email that this trial period will be ending, and you must then pay for the subscription of your Postcode District in order to continue using the Vizzihome website and services.
9.7 If you decide to order and pay for your Postcode District(s) any time before the 14 trial period ends, your Trial period will be deemed over.
9.8 IP tracking is in place to ensure only one free trial period is allowed per customer/organisation.
